We offer klink.cloud , an omnichannel contact center platform to help businesses manage their interactions with clients and customers. Billing: All charges are billed to the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time and no refunds will be provided.

You agree not to misuse our contact center platform. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited activities:
6.1 Illegal Calls and Activities
- You may not use the platform to initiate or facilitate any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
- Spam Calls: Sending unsolicited marketing, promotional, or bulk calls that violate local laws such as the Singapore Spam Control Act, or international laws like the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar regulations.
- Scam Calls: Using the platform to conduct or promote scam activities, including phishing attempts, fraudulent schemes, or impersonating others for financial or personal gain.
- Gambling or Gaming Calls: Any activities related to gambling or gaming where such activities are prohibited by local or international laws.
- Fraudulent Activities: Any attempt to deceive others, commit fraud, or mislead recipients through your use of the platform.
- Harassment or Threatening Behavior: Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm individuals.
6.2 Compliance with Telemarketing Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable telemarketing, data protection, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. This includes ensuring that all calls or communications are lawful and that you have proper consent where required.
